Securitech provides quality unarmed security guard & patrol services. Our experienced management team can provide a detailed risk-free consultation and quote for any security services that you may need. Securitech believes in the highest level of supervision for its employee's. Patrol supervisors are available to assist officers with any and all occurrences, day or night. Continuous field supervision occurs during all shifts. Supervisors are able to respond to most any location in usually 15 minutes or less.

Fewer than 15% of all applicant interviewees will ever be hired. Avoid working here at all costs! The administration is completely unprofessional, and disrespectful. Specifically Serge. I worked here for 5 months and I’ve never experienced a worse boss. Never missed a shift or came in late, but since I didn’t pick up one shift for him I don’t like to work and I can’t be flexible. If you want a wishy washy job where he will threaten to fire you for not covering his lack of employees, this is the place for you. Otherwise apply anywhere else, literally anywhere else.

Interview with this company is waist of big time I have 4 years of armed guard experience including Supervisor job I did with 3 company's please stay away from this company they are terrible I filled up application for over an hour in office and online I was in office for job interview with my 3 page of resume they just dont even care about your experience they ask stupid questions and they reject you anyway if you think its worth driving wasting your go ahead they are not focused on making better company they are trying to hire cops and military experienced guards I believe for $20.

With working for this company over the last couple of months, my personal experience has been a good one. Everything was up front and there was no joking around. If I needed a day off, I got the day off as long as I gave them enough time for someone to cover me. They have some of the better contracts and the pay is way better then other security companies in the area. If there is an issues at one of the contracts, as long as you were in the right, the owner has your back. Interviewed with them in the past. The man does not have a poker face, he seemed racist or judgmental. The interview made no sense, I went in with just about three years experience and didn’t even get a shot. Reason I’m posting a comment is because every so often they post job opportunities and I think they just do it to avoid looking like a racist company that just hire their own. To the black people who believe they get treated great? I’m sorry y’all. I think they do that specifically to avoid law suits and to disguise their dislike towards minority’s.👎🏼

Never come here for a Senior role Position, if you're of Color... Not going to get it. The Owner is highly openly discriminative... We even had a few choice words because of it. And I'm Not the only one who's said this, I just didnt know it before coming here, or I would have saved My Gas and Precious time... Incompetent across the Board. Supervisors with no understanding of their role or that of their employees & even the simplest understanding of Local & State Laws. Promise excellence in the sales process & unable to achieve even a basic level of service while at the same time, creating expensive legal issues for the homeowners who signed up with them. Upon researching their positive reviews (all brief), we discovered many of them are from their own employees & associates.

All I can say honestly about this company is that I applied and the office manager surge was extremely rude and aggressive in posture while he spoke to me. This guy should not be a manager he basically told me he didn't like my resume and to get the hell out of his office and stop wasting his time. I have over 12 years experience and I'm currently a supervisor with the national company. I don't know how these things happen or people like the office manager surge is in charge. Go anywhere else but this company.

I'd give it a zero if I could, was verbally promised the job after my interview, he tells me if I want it to call him back at the latest the next morning, which I did the next thing I know when talking to him he completely pulls a 180 and questions me about all the other applications I put in for the company, which I did and explained to him that I also qualified for those positions due to the experience I have for the selected openings. Has the nerve to call me indecisive when that wasn't the case, I just got and or qualified for the positions. Best thing that came from it was not working there

Horrible company to apply to. You'll regret it. Interviewer got lucky I didn't sue him for defamation. Applied a couple months ago, and once I stepped in, the interviewer was already judging me. Biased company. Unprofessional. Judging me as a pot user, asking me several times when was the last time I smoked ? when in reality I don't even smoke and was there for a job interview not to be labeled as a pot user. Is this a joke ? You think I would be applying if I wasn't clean ? Rude interviewer and company. Waste of my time. What a "company" this is. Can't imagine what it would be like working for
