Ellen Cooper - Landscape Architect, Arborist and Master Gardener has been creating gardens in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay region since 1987. We design landscapes for mountain, rural, coastal and urban sites, addressing issues related to drought, grading, drainage, deer predation, limited space, screening, noise mitigation and privacy.
Design plans range from simple preliminary site plans to more complete construction drawings, detailing paving, retaining walls, terraces, outdoor kitchen and living areas, water features, planting plans, lighting plans and irrigation plans. We prepare plans required for review by various local jurisdictions and plans accredited by LEED US Green Building Council.
