I was at Hi-Way garden Center today. Flowers are beautiful and as I had a couple questions, a staff member, Doug , was very helpful. I was purchasing a fair amount and being a senior , Doug recommended I have him paged and he would assist me in loading my purchases. True to his word, he helped this senior citizen. I tried to tip him for his above and beyond help. He declined my offer and asked if I would give it to a charity when I had an opportunity. Not only is he an outstanding employee and representative of Hi-Way, he displayed character not often seen in one so young. THANK YOU, DOUG!

Althoug we now live in the city, we have gone to Hi/Way Garden Center since they were on Niagara Falls Blvd. We took the trip out today and found everything we needed and had on our list. The flowers are fresh and beautiful and each person I asked a question of was very knowledgable snd helpful. The prices are very good too.
A big kudos for excellent customer service to Nancy and Steve. I mentioned an issue with some plants and they made it right immediately.
I do wish they carried shrubs, though!

I worked for the Papke family many years ago when Hi Way Produce was on Niagara Falls Blvd and the farm and greenhouses were where they are now on Tonawanda Creek. It was one of the best company's that I have ever worked for. Their standards were high then as well as now. It's one of the best places to go to for your home landscaping needs.
