Had representative come out to do exterior and interior floor plans. Was refered to this company by a family member and a contractor. They take 50% down and I paid 100% down just because I had the cash in hand. Was told first drawings would take two weeks and we could make changes after we see what they looked like. It been 8 weeks now no plans and representative reads my text but does not response. Calling company and requesting refund.
