Window films are a type of window treatment applied to windows and glass surfaces, designed to reduce the amount of solar heat transmitted through the glass and increase safety and security. While window films can be used with blinds, shades, curtains or other window treatments, the advantage they offer is solar control without an obstructed view.
Our decorative window film for glass includes LLumar iLLusions, Solyx, and 3M Fasara, just to name a few. Decorative films can serve as a temporary update or a long-lasting upgrade. These manufacturers offer a wide range of frosted glass options and options of glass patterns to turn your clear glass into a work of art.
Nothing hurts tenant retention like an uncomfortable building. When tenants complain about rooms that are too hot or you notice that your energy costs are trending skyward, Window Films can help increase tenant comfort, conserve energy and you can keep your tenants more comfortable by rejecting the sun's heat and glare to help keep spaces at more even, moderate temperatures with Window Film.
Safety and Security film is tough, durable, tear and penetration-resistant shield that bonds to the inside of the window for protection. The film helps hold the glass together to dramatically reduce the chance of glass shards from falling or flying out - even under direct forces from winds or impacts from flying objects or heavy devices used for breaking and entering.
