I am very happy with my new mattress. I could just manage to get it onto my bed frame and unwrap it by myself. It expanded to the full thickness as promised. This is better quality than other mattresses that I've had so far, the firmness is just right for me and I am a back sleeper. You get what you pay for and this was worth the price.

Got a new twin mattress for my son. His back was hurting from his old mattress and wasn't getting a proper night's rest. He's so happy with the new mattress, he's sleeping through the entire night now, not waking up in pain. Even his attitude has improved getting a good night's sleep. So from my family to the family at Sound Sleep Products thanks for making such a great product. My son can't wait to go to bed now.

Don't buy a sleep sound mattress or buy them period. They don't back their warranties and they don't care about the customer. They look and find any reason to not honor a warranty claim. They use the wording in the warranty to fit getting out of honoring a warranty. When they say staining they supposedly mean anywhere and not just limited to body fluids.

Will NOT fulfill their warranty. I bought my mattresses and within 6 months they started to breakdown! 2 years later I have tried everything to get replacements. My children are having sleeping/back issues now. I have to ask a family member help me find new ones somewhere else! NOT AN ETHICAL COMPANY! Never have I had to write such a review. If I could say a negative star I would. Don't waste your money. The employees might be great but the product is not.
