I am lifelong resident of Etowah, McMinn County and a graduate of McMinn Central High School (2001). I am married to the former Savannah Passmore, who is a Speech Therapist for McMinn County Schools and Woods Memorial Hospital. In our free time, my lovely wife and I enjoy two often amusing, yet unavailing pastimes: (1) cheering on the Tennessee Vols; and (2) adoring the company of our 140 lb.
I'm a 1999 graduate of McMinn County High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a 2010 graduate of the Nashville School of Law. My wonderful wife Kari and I are both from Athens and we have no intentions of ever leaving. Kari is a full-time pharmacist at Walgreens and she works part-time keeping me from destroying our house.
Walden, Blair & Associates, PLLC, is a hometown partnership serving the citizens and businesses of Athens, Tennessee, and the surrounding areas, including McMinn, Monroe, Meigs, Polk and Bradley counties. Personal injury: We handle car, truck and motorcycle accidents; slip-and-fall injuries; injuries caused by defective products; medical errors and failures; and nursing home neglect.
A century ago, a small town law firm performed a variety of legal tasks for people in the community. Today a firm like Walden, Blair & Associates, PLLC, handles numerous practice areas such as car crash compensation and breach of contract suits, but we are not so different at the core from predecessors.

Had Evan draw up a living will for me, and I have gotten to know Evan and the the lady at the front desk Charlotte a little bit over the past few years, because they were helping out a good friend of mine with an estate, and my own will. They are very professional and courteous, and have went out of their way to help their clients with their needs during this global pandemic. I highly reccomend Walden Blair and Associates.

Horrible service they never answer your phone calls and they charge you for everything. I recently made another appointment about my case and before I can even go to the apointment to explain anything about his secretary called wanting another thousand dollars and I'm like for what you haven't even heard what I was going to say. They makes you feel like your business isn't welcome or appreciated. Basically he told tell me take it or leave it he don't care.

Russ Blair does not return phone calls concerning the well being of my father. I would never recommend him as a conservator. He had power of attorney over my fathers property and continued to let it decline in value, no security, and no regard for families feelings regarding my fathers best interest. I would never hire him as an attorney.
