We hired Aaron to add an additional 500 square feet to our house and remodel a few existing rooms. We had interviewed 5 general contractors over the course of 2 years before being referred to Aaron L Rund Construction. Aaron immediately understood our project, was excited to work with us, and returned a reasonable, detailed estimate within days.

We have had 2 very positive experiences with Aaron. The first one was a total renovation of our kitchen 2016. He was very helpful when 500 gallons of gray water was discovered underneath the house. He urged me to contact our insurance company and then arranged to have it pumped out. All of the subcontractors he hired were polite and professional. Aaron stopped by every morning to check on work progress and answer questions. Each evening he contacted us by text or email telling us what he work he expected to be done the next day. We really appreciated Aaron’s attention to the project.
