We have had 3 cars repaired due to various accidents at this shop. I have never been treated so well, and so professionally at any other automotive shop. Gary called and gave us weekly updates on the repairs and told us how it was going, and the office team was always calling and updating as well. The initial "triage" conversation was in their incredibly comfortable and modern waiting room. They have a great reputation with our insurance company and made the process super easy! I had a bumper replaced at Lake Area, the entire staff was amazing!! Catrise was so helpful when I had trouble with the insurance company she helped me get answers. My car was fixed sooner than expected and my car was so clean when I got it back!!! A+ service to all from the front desk, techs who fixed it and the detailer you are all amazing!!

Had them fix rather extensive damages from a rear end collision. They were very complete in their review and fixing of the car. It was as good as new when they were completed - plus it was returned spotless. Would reco to anyone in northern Michigan in need of auto repair. Nice guys, great work.

Brought in our Jeep after a deer strike. They were friendly and professional. Worked with our insurance so we really had nothing to do but drop the car off and pick it up when it was done. Vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor, they even cleaned the interior which was a great surprise.. Highly recommend.

My truck was damaged from a recent high-wind storm this summer in Northern MI. A large tree limb found its way to the topside of my hood and left a pretty big indent. Lake Area was recommended by my Ins company. Although I was a little hesitant due to my lack of experience with this particular shop, I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Service was fantastic, very courteous and accommodating. I didn't have a spare vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired so they provided me with a nice loaner. They completed the repair on-time, as promised. They even detailed my vehicle inside
