Every single fiber of the log is used during our manufacturing process, reducing waste and lowering overhead. Today we are one of the largest pallet manufacturers in the Northeast, but our roots in the lumber industry go back to the start of our small family mill in 1973. Our sustainable logging practices helps keep our forests healthy! We manage the forest and collect locally-harvested logs that work specifically within our system. Our mill can process a wide variety of logs, which enables us to hedge lumber market swings and keep our costs more stable. We developed computer-scanning software to optimally cut each log and increase our yield.
We custom design and cut all of our pallets to optimize the wood fiber to weight ratio. The wood fiber typically makes up over 75% of a pallet's cost! We utilize the Pallets Design System software to ensure your custom pallets get the job done safely and effectively. While we specialize in the construction of new, high-volume stringer pallets, we understand your desire to purchase all of your wood packaging material from the same vendor.

Bre helped us pick out my cabinets and had so much patience. We came across an issue with our paint color from another company and at the last minute she went out of her way to make changes to our order for us. There was a great selection of styles and colors to choose from but she definitely was the highlight of our experience.
