A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

Becky is the best dental hygienist ever! I've been driving from the land far away (Austin) to Cedar Park for YEARS. I gladly make this trek twice a year because linton has the best staff. I dislike people digging in my mouth as much as the next person, but Becky is super attentive to my teeth sensitivity and doesn't give me the usual flack for not flossing, but I know I should... I'm never upsold, never have to wait to be seen, and never have an issue with insurance billing. Happy to have found these guys and would recommend to any other college ager looking for a new dentist hime

I had been taking my daughter to a pediatric dentist here in Cedar Park but I had not established myself as a patient anywhere since we had moved here. Since they only take care of children, I asked them if they could recommend someone who I could see. They recommended Dr. Linton and gave me his card. A couple months go by and being busy I still had not called to make a first appt. Then one day I had what I thought might possibly be a dental problem and I called them. I love the small, home-like feel of this office. The staff is super friendly and prompt. This is not the office to go if you want to watch TV during your visit, and they don't have the newest gadgets and the fanciest decor, but as I said, it is a comfy, home-like feel you can't get anywhere else.
Also, it is SUPER easy to make an appointment with them, and they send plenty of reminders.
