I ordered an arrangement called Rainbow of Love. The image is beautiful right colored tulips with few other flowers. What was delivered to my dear friends funeral was pale pink carnations and pale pink roses. How does Pale Pink resemble Rainbow of Love. $150 spent on pale awful carnations.
Their response to me was I should have read the print that they could substitute flowers. I am fine with substitution, but at least go with the description of the order.
1 star was the lowest I could give for such poor service.
