We rented a water slide for our twin daughters’ birthday party. We postponed the party a couple times due to Covid and weather. The staff was more than accommodating in regards to the situations. The day of the party we had storms again, we got a call right away that morning from Bounce to the Moon. Their proactiveness and knowledge of the equipment and the best place to set up the water slide saved our yard as well. Couldn’t have been more professional. The slide was huge! The kids loved it and the adults even had fun on it as well. Can’t wait to used them again!

Very professional from booking to setting up. So helpful with questions. The guys who set it up were amazing. They even let the kids bounce a while after they were there for pick up. They were in no rush and said we still have some time. Just very polite and as anyone dealing with a party knows it can be stressful.....They made it so easy and took care of everything. Thank you all so much. It made our Block party amazing and stress free for me. Again THANK YOU!!!!!

We rented a bouncy house for a promotional event but it rained and there was a tornado watch so we couldn't use it. The company refused to refund any money and charged us the full amount which is overpriced to begin with. Very unprofessional and and they don't have any idea what customer service is. I would have accepted a partial refund since they did deliver and air it up. I will use a less expensive company with better customer service in the future!
