Didn’t call or send proofs when they said they would! Called several times just to get a proof sent to me then when a change was needed they didn’t send the revised print even when they said it was already done. Had to drive to shop After several failed calls and saying they would send the proof to me, then waited several minutes because it was obvious the changes needed had yet to be made to the plaque. We ended up ordering from another shop (Center) that was by far a more professional looking place that was clean and who’s owners cared what they were doing and about their customers. Do

I've had Canth do a number of personal and work awards over the last year plus. The final quality is always excellent and the price is right. So what's the catch? Expect to be in constant contact to make sure the project is done on time. I think they probably take on more than they should and promise quick turnaround times (which admittedly I've taken advantage of).

I went in to get two simple black plastic name tags made. I ordered them on Monday and he said he would have them done by Thursday. I wasn't able to get back until the following Tuesday and they weren't done yet. Three days later I went back and they were closed at 4:50 pm. The door, their business card and their web site say they close at 6. Needless to say I won't be returning for anything.

Never had a single problem getting awards and engravings from here for the last year. Even last minute items. The quickest turn around I've from here was approximately 1.5 days for last minute orders. However it's best to get your order in as soon as you know just in case. Even if another shop or competitor priced matched their services and prices I still would hands down go here. I can guaranteed the work will be neat, professional and that they're adaptable to handle it in a timely manner.
