Recurring cleaning customers receive a leave behind cleaning checklist to verify what we covered during that particular visit.
Our on-going quality control process helps ensure that every clean meets or exceeds our exacting standards. If we happen to fall short of these standards, simply contact our office within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do what it takes to make it right. Our company employs exclusively W-2 employees who are fully background checked and trained to clean using our stringent processes.

What's your policy on gloves masks and other personal protection equipment for your home cleaners? All cleaners will be wearing facemasks gloves and booties along with that using a hospital grade disinfectant our cleaners are trained and have a checklist to ensure everyone safety and adherence to our disinfecting protocols.
Do you have the legal right to work in the US? Can you provide required documentation of eligibility if you are hired? I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYMENT BETWEEEN THE HOURS OF 7:30AM TO 5:30PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. Diane and her girls at clean freakz are incredible! We hired her for cleaning services a few years ago and every time they leave the house is sparkling! She’s kind and courteous and works around my schedule. I’m home all the time, I work from home as a behavioral health therapist. I always need a quiet room for my sessions and I she’s nice enough to come in between my sessions, sometimes with late notice too. The price is right too. I can’t recommend her enough.
