It does sound corny, but despite never having met Monica, we instinctively knew we could trust her professionalism and she did not prove us wrong!
Monica, despite the dangers of COVID-19 in Florida, scoured multiple properties we had shortlisted and undertook the arduous task of sending us video pictures of each of them.
One thing that stood out with Monica is that she, unlike other realtors had the integrity to advise us against buying properties which she felt were not quite right for us. This is a rarity and clearly indicates that making money out of commissions on sale, is not her aim.

Monica is AMAZING!!! This is the second time we have used her services to sell a property in the last two years. Both times she had them sold with a week to 10 days and she makes the process so smooth. We live in Canada and met her the first time 2 1/2 years ago, and liked her from the get go.
