The Optomap provides our doctors with a high-resolution image that captures up to 82% of the inside of the eye through an undilated pupil.

I had been coming here since I was a teenager and found great frames and service UNTIL my newest pair were broken and unretrievable on a trailhead they simply let me go with, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." They got my money and my calling was now only a nuisance. I am not one to ask for free things or expect discounts but some compassion would have been a lovely thing. They lost a lifelong customer today and that's really too bad for both sides. Bummer...
Never call this business with a complaint! Instead of listening they began to berate me. Work on your customer service skills people!

I splashed bleach in my eye, a true medical emergency, and Downtown Eye Care squeezed me in ASAP the same morning. Dr. Luplow was very kind, professional, thorough, and took excellent care of me. The entire staff was concerned, friendly, and supportive. I am fortunate no permanent damage was done. I would give them 10 stars I can’t recommend this place any more highly - they took great care of me !

Great experience with Dr. Tabytha Boyak! My daughter recently had an eye infection that developed over the weekend. Her regular eye doctor did not have openings, but Dr. Boyak did. Dr. Boyak took such great care of her. All of her care got my daughter back to good health and my daughter loved Dr. Boyak so much that she was willing to do all the things to get better even though she hates eye drops. My daughter is now 100% back to normal and I am so thankful to Dr. Boyak for her good care! Highly recommend!

About a year ago I had an event with the vision in my left eye of the instant appearance of hundreds of floaters. I immediately went to Eye Associates and after a thorough exam by two doctors they found no cause. I just had my annual eye exam with Downtown Eye and Dr Webb discovered a tear in my retina; a very serious condition that will usually progress into a detached retina and total blindness. Dr Webb referred me back to Eye Associates and again the could not find the tear using their retina photos. Only after persistent searching could the tear be discovered but there was nothing they could

I've been a patient here for many many years! I'd never go anywhere else. Best team ever. Love the selection of frames; great customer service; knowledgeable staff and doctors; easy to get an appointment; you can tell they care about each individual and their needs/wants. The girls tell me honestly what looks good on me and what doesn't. They take their time and don't rush you. I refer many of my patients at my office to Downtown Eye Care.

This place is amazing. I have received the best customer service from the doctor as well as from the ladies in the front!

Great experience with Dr. Webb. Everyone in the office was helpful and accomodating. There happened to be a cancelation and they were able to get me in as a new patient same day. Dr. Webb was on time and took time to do extra testing when needed. The rest of the employees were very helpful with picking glasses and lens types.

I was in town for the Noquemanon and realized my glasses were way out of adjustment. Was going to be really annoying on race day. I stopped in to see if they would be willing to help me out considering I wasn't a regular customer. They were delightful and incredibly helpful adjusting my glasses and they fit perfect again! Not sure if it was related, but skied a personal best time during the Noquemanon the next day.
