Very simple we own one of their products will ask JOE to come for maintenance the equipment is not working properly they asked me to be available a Thursday afternoon . no show too much work half contract up north call me at 5 o'clock they were going to be a no-show wasted an afternoon of my office reschedule next Wednesday 7:30 in the morning 730 came in I cancel my office that morning is one hour after the appointment again no show it seems that the work ethic here does not apply

We have a whole-house carbon water filter that we purchased from Rainsoft many years ago. We have had it serviced by various businesses in the past, but we had to take the tank down ourselves or pay a pick up/delivery fee. In addition the tank sat in the shop a couple of days while we showered with chlorine-rich water. This time around my wife found Lou's business and gave them a call. Even though they are in Butler, yes they serviced the South Hills. She set an appointment (without asking the price) and we waited.
