Beware! After enduring weeks of extremely unresponsive service, we finally signed a lease on a property through this agency. The next day, we were informed that the property owner had leased his home for that week and that our lease was cancelled! The agency made zero effort to assist us in finding an alternative property, leaving us high and dry. I have never experienced such uncaring, unprofessional service.

I've worked with Wendy at Martha's Vineyard Vacation Rentals several times and have been extremely happy with the experience. The agency is helpful, clear and proactive about making sure you know everything you need to know about your rental and getting to and from the island. Any questions have always been responded to promptly and the rental terms, contracts and payment schedule have all been spelled out clearly. All of the properties we have rented have been great and as advertised. Highly recommend!

Our family travelled to Oak Bluffs from the UK to share this beach-side home on Martha's Vineyard with our extended Floridian family who flew up to join us. Accepting that a beachside home for 12 was never going to be cheap on MV, we nevertheless thought our accommodation would be clean and reasonably well maintained.
Upon arrival we found the property dirty with cheap furnishings and shabby furniture throughout, seemingly picked up from a yard sale. We had 11 in our party yet only eight could be seated around the dining table on the mis-matched chairs, one of which broke the first time it was

Patty is an outstanding real-estate agent! She is honest, reliable and fair. I have worked with her for years and she has always been helpful. I remember how excellent she was during a hurricane years ago. She is a pleasure to rent a house from and I can not imagine ever using anyone else for Martha's Vineyard. You are lucky to work with her and MV Vacation Rentals & Real Estate. It's a top notch agency with the best listings. I highly recommend using them.

Working with MV Rentals was pretty easy. Send info, they contact owner, send lease, you send check, pick up and drop off keys, however I find 45 days for return of my security deposit a bit unreasonable. My review is of the property itself, NETNA. The property was down a very long, bumpy and terrible dirt road, behind Mink Meadows golf course. I understand this can be typical of the Vineyard but I wish the agent had made me aware of this. It may have influenced the vehicle I chose to bring. The road had many gouges and constantly scraped the bottom of my rental. When we finally did arrive we were
