Parley Lake Winery was established in 2008 at Deardorff Orchards & Vineyards by Lin & Bonnie Deardorff and Steve & Deb Zeller. With both couples interest and appreciation for wine and grapes, its was only natural that chance meeting on the paddle tennis court would keep Lin and Steve in contact over the years.

Installed in June of 2015, The Goddess of the Grapes graces the grounds of Parley Lake Winery as the official face of the winery and vineyard. The seven-foot bronze sculpture was created by our own, Deb Zeller, sculptor and one of the principal owners of Parley Lake Winery. The Goddess, as she is known as at the winery, took four years to complete start to finish.
Events at Parley Lake Winery are extraordinary. The perfect blend of rustic intimacy and art re-imagined at the most picturesque boutique winery in Minnesota! As your guests enter our warm and rustic vineyard, they are greeted by the Goddess of the Grapes while enjoying our award winning wines hand crafted on premise.

Dog friendly winery! Extremely nice staff that gives treats to dogs that visit. They have the absolutely cutest tasting trays for outside with a cardboard cut out of MN with 1 ounce pours of wine. They are right next to the food trucks so you can get food to pair with your wine. I enjoyed having a sampling of each. Thanks for being so dog friendly.

Dog friendly winery. Has local Minnesota wine options and flights available too. Family friendly atmosphere with goats and bunnies for kids to see. Plenty of outdoor seating and some beautiful sculptures around the grounds. A couple food trucks were there too that has great food and snacks. Staff was very helpful in picking out tasting options send they give treats to each dog too. This is the same place as Deardorff Orchards.

First visit to this winery and will be the last. Gentlemen working was very sarcastic and rude. Not many varieties of wines to choose from for varieties of sweetness so we had a soda. The younger gal working with him was trying to make up for his rudeness, but obviously answering questions about the wines was not in his job description. The other two wineries in the area are superb.

With Covid19, this winery required a free reservation to visit. We had planned to pick apples at the orchard on the grounds, Deardorff, but sadly they had closed down the apple picking portion of their season. Nevertheless we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the winery full of live music & delicious wine. I highly recommend bringing your own lawn chairs, blanket or small table, as seating tends to fill up & it’s more comfortable than a picnic table in my opinion. My favorite part is that they allow outside food, so we packed a few snacks & cheese that paired nicely with the wine. There was also

Wonderfully kind and informative man at the flight counter, great wine variety, live music, beautiful grounds with quirky statues, and super wonderful staff. We bought both the red and white flights to start with so that we could try them all and then bought a bottle and sat outside and listened to live music. It is stated on Google that the winery was closed on Sunday's, but it was open. Make sure to check the actual website to see when it's open.
