Very poor customer service. I had a appointment back in early December. Tech's wife was out in the hospital so rescheduled to Jan 11th. Not happy with the time frame but I went with it. Now I'm getting a call that the tech got COVID and have to push back to February 23rd!!! that's well over a month away!!! so of course i'm very aggravated. Yes I got mad like any person would. But Tony( customer service) just got rude! I'm in customer service. I know how it can be, but I atleast try to calm them down first. Him getting rude is what made my temper go 2-3 to 6-7.

This company is also called RESTORO COMPANY. They took my credit card for the deposit when I called and then sent a man May 27, 2020 and took pictures of my couch to be repaired. It's now over a week later and I have heard NOTHING back since then. As I write this I have never received a thank you, or ANY acknowledgement, or what to expect next, even though I called several times asking what was happening, NOBODY ever called me back. I was told the owner/mgr does the quotes, and I would have loved to have heard back from him -- but NOTHING. I was also on hold for long minutes several times. So as

Purchased a over 4K couch from Havertys Winter Garden 2 years ago. I also purchased the Guardsman insurance plan ($500). I could tell that it was not of good quality just after a year of purchasing but nothing yet had happened where I could claim anything. I recently noticed tears and rips in the sofa and broken zippers etc (never happened with any other couch that we have had). Called Havertys and they said the couch had been discontinued (probably due to the poor quality) and to call Guardsman, but they warned me to look
