Services
The founder of Thomas Sewing Center, Ronald Thomas, began his career as a sewing machine salesperson working for a corporate store, and soon realized he wanted to be able to provide more personal service. He founded Thomas Sewing Center in Ashland, KY, and soon thereafter hired his son, Richard Thomas, and his sister, Minnie Leibee.
What does this mean? Sometimes a Standard service will take care of whatever problem you are currently experiencing with your machine. But sometimes extra work and/or parts are required to get your machine is good working order. These parts and services will mean an extra charge. We require a deposit to be paid when the machine is dropped off.

I drive almost 2 hours to come to this store! I pass other Babylock dealers on my way here. Why? Pleasant employees, excellent service, quality products and a repair guy that knows what he is doing! My daughter and I have purchased a 10 needle embroidery machine, a coverstitch machine, and a serger. Corey, the service tech, has repaired a few machines for me and I am impressed with the job he did. Start here on your quest for a sewing machine. You will be glad you did! Highly recommended!

I spoke with Erin for over an hour about sewing machines, embroidery machines and sergers. Despite the fact that I’m from out of town, she was willing to spend so much time with me. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. You could tell she was passionate about the machines and well versed in all types of sewing.
They also have a good selection of notions and accessories and a small but quality selection of fabrics.

Thank you Thomas Sewing Center! I am a sewing novice and have been wanting for a long time to do some simple projects. I have been looking for a good place to have my second-hand Baby Lock sewing machine tuned up. A friend told me to check out Thomas Sewing Center. All of my interactions with folks at this business have been great. Devin serviced my machine and took the time to answer my questions and explain some features so that I could get started on my first project.
