I flew from Tucson, AZ to Elmira, NY and rode 2400 miles home for a bike from this dealer! Helen and Cody were honest, upfront and followed what they said; was it worth it? YES! They took their personal time to deliver this bike! Thanks so much to Helen, "Blushing Paula" and Ryan for that! Paula, lots of compliments on the boots! There were no real issues and I'm sure they would take care of me as a customer, even this far away! Don't get wrapped up in "flash" over "experience", go where the people know their job and honestly follow through!

I have to say that this was the best motorcycle or vehicle buying experience I have ever had. The staff were welcoming and friendly, but not pushy at all. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They showed me all the features of my bike before I left the lot. I met each of the departments and people in them so I had an understanding of everything. It was a 2 hour hour drive from home, but I would make it again in a heartbeat to deal with the staff here. Helen is the absolute best. She was my initial intake to the whole process and she made it an absolute pleasure

The dealership was great. I traveled a long way to pick up my bike and they stayed open late for me. Literally just me and 3 workers stayed to finish the deal. My sales men Lee, got me a great price and got things happening fast. He even helped me load the bike into my trailer, since I have never done so. After the mailed me more information on my bike and everything I needed.
