Services
WGFL attorneys handle cases in the Administrative Law Court system in South Carolina. For example, many permit appeals such as dock permits, marina permits, critical area permits, landfill permits, and alcohol license permits are handled at the administrative or board level and then can be further appealed to the administrative law court.
We draft and review contracts for our business and developer clients. With experience in litigation, our advice during the negotiation and drafting phase of a contract is always with an eye toward the future. We regularly assist with contracts ranging from hotel management agreements and construction contracts to letters of intent for the purchase of real or personal property.
Taking a case to trial involves cost and risk for all parties involved. In an effort to more efficiently approach resolution of disputes outside the courtroom, lawyers and judges have been working together with litigants to devise creative ways to resolve disputes. By far the most common method is mediation which involves a neutral party working with the litigants in an attempt to settle the dispute.
Vincent Grosso is an experienced litigator who has handled complex cases in federal and state courts around the country. Vincent handles cases in both state and federal courts. Having clerked for both a United States District Judge as well as a United States Magistrate Judge, Vincent has a broad base of experience in analyzing complex legal issues including procedural as well as substantive questions of law.
