We experienced a drastic problem with our rv brakes and electrical. We stayed the night in their parking lot and even 1hr 45 minutes before opening time . The manager showed up got our information and as soon as they could they started to work on our unit. Mike the mechanic worked even through lunch in the heat to figure out our problems he stayed late to finish. We are so thankful to Mike and Linda for their professional

We live in our RV and recently made a trip to Wickenburg. On the way there we were having engine problems. I pulled into the shop to have the problem assessed. Everyone was quite helpful. We discussed the options of getting it fixed while we were in Mexico for a week. We were told sure, but when it came time for us to drop it off we were told no, with some severity. They would fix the engine when we got back, even though there would be a time crunch for our departure from Wickenburg. I have been one of the possible 'sisters' of the owner - mentioned in a prior review. I have lived and worked in Wickenburg for over 30 years and have used Craig Motor Crafts for all of my auto needs. I just returned with two of my autos today and am pleased (as usual) with the repairs and the service. Too bad the 'haters' have a right to air their issues on Google.

Craig Motorcraft was a complete gamble, as I was stranded outside my hometown & had to have my vehicle towed. Before an hour had passed from my vehicle arriving here, Terry had looked at the engine and given me the primary cause of breakdown in addition to the estimated cost of repair, which was actually LESS than his original estimate. By the time I'd returned for my car, he had diagnosed the problems I was already aware of, and further gained my trust by prioritizing the necessary repairs with no pressure to have him do the work. I took my car into Craigs after my engined had a catastrophic failure on the highway. I was hoping that being a locally owned business, I would be treated fairly and receive good customer service, being a young female a long way from home. The service that I received from Craigs, specifically from the owner was appalling and by far the worst automotive OR customer service I have ever received. I've been a customer since 2008. Terry & his crew have kept my 99 F350 on the road. No easy feat, because I'm always working with minimum funds.
