I cannot say enough good things about the work and staff this place has and performs. Great and friendly service. Work was done incredibly well and fast at a great price. I went in with a complex task that most places said they couldn't do, and these guys were reassuring and helpful from the start. I highly recommend them and will be returning to them exclusively with any needs in this ballpark I might have.

Can't say enough about this locksmith! After calling other locksmiths who acted like I was asking dumb questions and who told me that the type of lock I had "could not be fixed" guess what? Jacob fixed it, saving me hundreds of dollars. He was prompt, friendly, helpful and his prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be using his services in the future.

They arrived in an unmarked clunker and opened the door for my wife in less than 5 minutes bending the door. Charged $225 for it. I had a work vehicle get locked out about 2 months prior and it was $105 because they had to drive over 30 minutes.
I called the company and asked they explain the high charge. The lady who answered said that their policy was to arrive, determine how to unlock the vehicle and call the boss to get a price and that $225 was the price. We were locked out of our house and this company was the first the came up on Google with nearly 300 5-star reviews (in retrospect, very odd for a local locksmith company). After looking through the "reviews" a few days later, almost all of them are clearly fabricated.
When the technician arrived, he quoted us nearly $300 to unlock the door (extremely high in our opinion, but we were desperate to get back into our house) and then was unable to get into our house using traditional lock picking means and finally had to

Rude and unprofessional. Website specifically says free estimate, yet when the guy came out and gave us a ridiculously high price (more to rekey the home we just bought than to buy all new locks) to which we initially said "no thank you", he said it would then be a $50 cancellation fee which we were never informed of.
