Paul has been nothing but wonderful to me! I have been to him on multiple different occasions for many treatments. I am new(ish) to the Burlington area and I am really glad I have been able to find a reliable and knowledgeable chiropractor. He really takes time to explain concepts, treatment, and aftercare exercises. I feel very informed and quite relieved each time I visit. The women in the office are wonderful, too. Each time I have gone they have taken multiple covid precautions and I feel comforted by that.

Dr. Samuel is the most genuine, knowledgeable, and accomplished chiropractor I’ve encountered in the Burlington area. He treats patients with respect and goes above and beyond to address your individual health concerns. The staff is always warm and friendly, and down for a good chat too! The office has intensive COVID protocols and ensures that all surfaces are sanitized after each patient. If I could give Dr. Samuel more than 5 stars, I would! If you’re looking for chiropractic care, Elevate Health is absolutely your best option.

This is by far the best chiropractor I've been to. Dr Paul is not only knowledgeable but shares his insights with his patients. It's easy to see why he's so popular. He really takes a holistic approach to health; being sure to ask the important questions that help you truly feel better after an adjustment. The staff is more than pleasant and accommodating during covid-19 schedule changes. To my knowledge, they take Medicare/Medicaid. Please be sure to visit, you won't regret it.

Ive passed by this place a million times and never knew it was here, then by chance I had to go to an office above it. I stopped in to check it out and just by walking in the door, I began to relax. The atmosphere is so mellow and the interactions with everyone there were in a completely relaxed manner. Then came the cherry... They take medicaid!! After my first "adjustment" I felt so much more relaxed, and the soreness in my upper back I felt, was completely gone. I didnt even know I couldn't turn my head left all the way until afterwards, when I could actually look left all the way. I just left
