Our staff and managers are led by an executive team that has been providing regulatory compliance solutions to Inland Empire public agencies for thirty (30) years.
G&G has been providing public agency wastewater regulatory services for over 15 years. Our expertise in treatment, design, regulatory reporting, stormwater management, and process control has been used by many municipal agencies throughout the Inland Empire.

There are many complex issues that arise under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program; from the ever-demanding changes in permit and regulatory requirements, the constant development and updating of numerous technical document, the increase monitoring and inspections requirement, to the overarching of regulations that often span through different regions and watersheds.

G&G has certified cross-connection control specialists that have vast experience in the performance of on-site recycled use practices and in the application of local and state requirements that govern the proper use of recycled water. Most notably the requirements put forth in Title 17 and Title 22 CCR and local recycled water use ordinances and best management practices documents.
G&G has extensive experience in the area of reclaimed water use and on-site audits; cross-connection control; shutdown testing; site supervisor training; and cross connection identification and remediation.
Our staff is certified by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) as Cross Connection Specialists and has extensive experience with public agency programs as well as in assessing on-site plumbing configurations against state and local building codes and public health codes.G&G currently provides cross-connection control services for all new and existing reclaimed water users located with the City's jurisdiction.
