Small business but great product for a great price. Just looking to get something for my mother in-law that was relatively cheap yet won't need updating anytime in the near future. Couldn't find anything even close spec wise in the big box stores. I'd highly recommend crossroads to anyone in the Rochester area!

I had just built my first PC, and I made the rookie mistake of not testing the monitor before putting my motherboard in the case. I connected with Ryan over Yelp, he responded quickly and haf lots of availibity for us to connect. He quickly diagnosed my problem, explained caused in a way that was easy to understand and installed Windows for me. Would reccomend him over other specialists in my area. He was coming back from Buffalo at the end of the day where he had been servicing a client , and still found the time to stop in and fix my computer problem. That's extra customer service.
Ryan understood what was needed to link my computers like I wanted. My computers were obstinate and not networking like they should have been, but Ryan was able to solve the problem quickly and completely.
I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in an instant for any other computer problem I might have.

I called the business searching for a power cord for my POS system. Ryan not only helped me to identify the cord that I needed, but also helped me to find where I could purchase the cord. I just moved into my house and I had a problem with a network cable running through the wall of my home office that had been connected improperly by the previous installer. I messaged several IT companies around 3 PM on Yelp to get quotes for the repairs required. Ryan responded immediately and gave me a reasonable estimate of the time necessary to fix the issue, and then was able to come out and perform the fix the very next morning in half the time he estimated.
