Awesome business with a very helpful and friendly staff! I am from Indianapolis and play with the symphony in Owensboro. I was driving in the area on my way home to Indy and saw the shop. In 2018 I had my 2nd spinal fusion; the back was much better but my right foot was not so good. I was using canes and walkers to get a room and doing OK. I walked in to the show room and Sherry cares and they had a bright orange walker that was Just amazing. People won't run over me... they will see me coming!!! If I could leave a zero I would. I called here to inquire about their medical supply company billing for formula for a medical condition for my five month old. The representative on the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional stating “no insurance pays for formula”. I went on to explain mine does and it’s a law in the state of Kentucky. She continued on “well I don’t know who you spoke to but they won’t”. The owner measured my son for a Brace. When I picked it up, he was not with me. We live an hour away… I tried it on him, it did not fit. Took it back to their store or on another day I happened to be in town and left it with the girl at the register. Explained to her who I was (knew the owner) and she put a note on it. Some time passed and I had not heard from the owner so I called to check on it. No brace. No refund. And she no longer answers my messages via Facebook or phone. Owning a business has its advantages in that you can pick and choose who you would like to serve and who you choose
