Travis Tuley was so great that I just think anything I might say about him doesn’t make justice, of how I feel about the oustanding job he has done with me, but I’ll give it a try. I never thought a realtor could care so much about a customers, Travis proved me wrong . I felt I have a friend who I count on and trust all the way. It was a great experience working with Lauren Kaufman while selling our home in Franklin, TN. She is smart, professional and responsive. Ally Jensen did a fantastic job in helping us find our home! We heard all the horror stories about trying to buy in today’s housing market, and fully expected to spend months trying to get an offer accepted on the right house. Alisa made our home buying experience better than we could have ever dreamed. She was patient with us as we viewed multiple homes and considered putting offers on multiple houses. When we finally found the perfect home she was quick to act and remained extremely efficient throughout the process. We had an issue with the agent selling our house in a different city, and Alisa jumped into action by continuously making contact with that agent and making sure we were on track to close on our new home. Our realtor, Alisa, was everything we could've asked for in an agent. She was very knowledgeable. There wasn't really a time when she had a "I'll have to check on that" answer. She knows her business! She was very thorough in her answers. She kept us updated at every step and informed on what we should expect next all throughout the process. I worked with Ed Puckett as my realtor and he was a fantastic agent. As first time home buyers and moving halfway across the country, Ed went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. He was a great communicator and made this process very smooth. We were able to get early morning showings for houses that we found in the evening prior. I couldn't recommend him enough!!
