All orthodontists must be licensed to practice, but at this time only 1 in 3 orthodontists have continued on to complete Board Certification. The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification process signifies a unique achievement-a significant step beyond the two to three years of advanced education required for a dentist to become a specialist in orthodontics.

The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option with you, so you can make the best choice for yourself and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.
Occasionally, some patients will experience an injury to the mouth during treatment. Dental emergencies while wearing braces or other orthodontic appliances generally fall into two categories. Sometimes, appliances might be broken or bent during your orthodontic care. If there are any disturbances, such as loose bands, loose brackets, broken or poking wires, please call our office for an appointment during patient hours.
For most people, achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is the reason for receiving orthodontic care. If you're self-conscious about your smile, correcting your concerns with braces will greatly improve the way you look and feel. My sons first visit all staff made him feel comfortable showed him around , the Dr. listened to my sons concerns and took everything he said very seriously and helped us make a plan that would work best for him and was very pleased with what we discussed. All the staff including the Dr was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best visit! I started going to MK when I was 10, I had been traumatized by the other place I had been to and they gave me spacers that hurt a lot and they forced them into my mouth I tried two other places before MK, just to see what they were like but I don’t feel safe, like I could trust the people that were working with my teeth or that I would want to see them almost 3 times a month. The first time I went to MK they already told me everything they would be doing in the next 3-5 years and what would happen and I felt safe and like I could trust these people. 4 years after going to MK i now have a beautiful

I could not have had a better experience with MK and her team. From the very first visit until the last MK and all of her staff have been great. They greet you with a smile and the staff is very knowledgeable and patient. MK is always learning new things and incorporating new technologies to make the patient experience better. Very affordable with flexible in house financing options. I would definitely recommend Dr. MK!

The Best orthodontist in the entire state. The atmosphere is also very modern and welcoming and so is the entire staff! There needs to be more facilities in the area that follow this attitude and design. I can't say enough wonderful things! I'm super pleased and I would recommend MK to anyone in need of an orthodontist!

The entire team at MK Orthodontics is amazing. From Dr. Kleinlerer to all the skilled staff, they have amazing attitudes, wonderful customer service, and are always fun too! They make what could be a difficult and painful process as easy as it can be. We travel an hour one way for our appointments because they are the BEST in the entire region. I highly recommend MK Orthodontics for your orthodontic needs.

Dr. MK is an amazing orthodontist and her team is so caring. My husband is currently having Invisalign treatment here. They have explained everything that is happening with his smile, he has been seen on time for visits, the office is very welcoming! The office is very high tech, with iPad's for kids to use. Very impressed with this office!
