For several reasons, I am extremely disappointed and fully regret hiring General Handyman Services (GHS) to do a residential project that consisted of four separate jobs: installing nine new windows, two new doors with knobs and locks, fortifying a concrete footing and installing new tin roof on an attached lean-to.
1) GHS left the job and never fixed their mistakes contrary to 100% satisfaction guarantee claim
2) GHS never provided a complete bid with labor and materials breakdown. Lumped labor embedding costs for multiple jobs.
3) GHS asked for payment in full prior to completing job and correcting
