This is a company that operates under 2 names and when I realised that they have 2 different prices they just refuse to sell on me. And third deliveries are rude that feels like you own them money the way talk to you over the phone beware they want to rip you off showing one price and trying to sell alot higher.

UNUSABLE PRODUCT. I ordered the Lucy bed and it was sent to me without an insert for a bolt in the footer so I was unable to assemble it. The customer service asked for photos and details. This was all. No help, no replacement, no refund. I'm now stuck with unusable bed. The fabric on the feadboard is loose and wrinkled. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: a month later still no reply. I ordered a set of inserts from Amazon to fix the bed. No thanks to this company.
Few months later and I still have not heard anything back from this company. Keep away and stay clear. Waste of time and money

The worst company anyone will ever have the misfortune to deal with. They delivered the wrong size of mattress, 4'6 instead of 5' and then over the course of 3-days and more than a dozen attempts to get this matter resolved, they have given excuses ranging from "we don't know who you are" to "we're closed for covid" to "we have no record of your order" to just plain winding me up on the phone. The guy who this was escalated to had a go at me for saying "yes" when I confirmed what he asked me to confirm because he felt I was interrupting him. I honestly cannot believe how pathetic they are. Do not purchase a bed from this company. Total scam. Bed arrived broken and damage. Had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights because customer service seems to know it all and has an answer for everything.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not know how to speak to customers, they put the phone down whilst you are talking and trying to justify why you should receive a refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PERIOD. It's not worth the risk or stress.

This is the worst company i have ever come across! Their systems are not aligned with what their delivery dates are . The agents have no social skills , there is a language barrier . I made sure I got a full refund . Do not use this company . The bed was never delivered the bed for 2 weeks after payment . When I called to ask when the bed was coming we were told we never placed an order! There is no communication about anything . The reviews on the website are bogus !

Please do not use this company. We choose to and now very much regret it. They didn't turn up the day the said they was which they bed was for my daughters birthday. So birthday ruined and they knew it was a present. They then turned up at 10pm the next day after saying they'll be with us before 7pm.
The next morning when putting the bed together found plush velvet bed damaged. It's now been over 40 days since delivery and they now don't answer my texts, emails or phone calls. I have pictures and proof of everything I am writing here today. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE MASTERED SCAMMING.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased a wardrobe from this company. Upon delivery the driver informed me that he was making a delivery before me and would be there in 5 minutes. I called 20 minutes later - my calls were being denied and I was then blocked.
I called back to complain the next day and rearranged the delivery. The following day after my delivery I opened the box to find they had delivered the wrong wardrobe. I called back to rectify the issue and was given an abundance of excuses and terrible customer service. My calls were never returned and my calls were often disconnected by 'Khan'.

We ordered a bed on a Wednesday, they called Thursday morning and advised delivery would be that day and asked us to confirm the address which of course we did. I took the day off work at short noticed but was happy to get the bed as my partner had given birth the week before and our old one was not very comfy anymore. DO NOT USE – really poor customer service. They and their ‘delivery department’ do not take ownership for a delivery, unable to confirm when a bed will be delivered, fail to call back and update the customer multiple times, full of false promises, then block your calls – Khan and Anna completely useless. I suspect I’m talking to an Indian call centre or drop shipping agent – stay well clear!
