Horton Hauls was very professional! They arrived earlier than my 4pm to 6pm, I had not arrived, they left me a msg letting me know, which I didn't get until I got off from work, I made it home just in time they were about 5o leave! Both men were very courteous and respectful. They were done in a timely manner. I only wish I knew in advance that they would take my furniture to a donation of my choice, but that's my fault I didn't see ask. I will use Horton Hauls again if ever the need rises, and yes I would recommend them to friends and family!!

Horton Hauls Junk is an outstanding business! The initial phone contact person was kind, professional, responsive to our needs and arranged for removal of household appliances and furniture. Text messages and emails sent with clear information of two hour time window for arrival. Two days later, a text message notified us the men were on their way. The two young men arrived right on time; were personable; skilled; and performed a complete job. I can not use enough superlatives to describe our experience with Horton Hauls Junk! Have used their service twice. Took bagged general junk plus some outdoor items. The bigger project was they cleaned out my shed of all kinds of things that was worthless old & filthy. Super friendly. I didn't feel I was being 'judged' for having so much stuff. I will be calling them again.

Our other removal service fell through. Called Horton Hauls and their kind professional CSR told us she would see what she could do to offer same day service. Horton Hauls arrived a short time later!
They assessed how best to move. They were so very careful to not bump walls or cause any damage.. . even the flower pots on the porch were not jostled. Movers were VERY professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Grateful to have found this company! I would highly recommend!

They're fantastic! My senior citizen father is starting to downsize, so while I happily lent him a hand going through things, neither of us knew who to call to help haul the purged stuff. When I called Horton Hauls Junk, Danielle invited me to text or email photos & I had a quote within 30 minutes. For the amount of stuff we were tossing (mattresses & an old exercise bike among it), the quote was totally fair.

Man, Pernell and Danielle were awesome! They took everything that I needed to have removed from my garage and also hauled junk from basement. All while having a funny and pleasant conversation. Best junk removal service. A very caring team and honest team. They methodically cleared out the garage and cleaned up afterwards. Prices were very reasonable. I didn't have to do a lot of preparation and just pointed to the piles needing to be removed. They were quick and helped make our move efficient without us having to lift anything.
