I went to Calvert's Express Auto Service on State Avenue early this morning. I had called before I drove out to Calvert's @ 7:30 a.m., after driving there with my car smoking and overheating, only to find out that they had closed the Calvert's in KCK. It would have been nice if they told me before I left the house. So disappointed.

Dropped my car off at 9 am. It wasn't ready until 5:45pm that same day. My 2-3 hour service turned into 8.5 hour service. When I had left that morning I was told 3 cars were ahead of me, only 3. Not sure what happend, and it wasn't addressed either at the time of pick up. I had to call and check up on my service at least 3 times. My advice, be prepared for the unexpected, have a back up plan just incase your veichle isn't ready until 15 mins before they close! Everyone was nice though, no problem there!

Called in and was told there was a 30 min wait got there to drop off the car and then I was told there was a 2 hour wait. I asked if I could bring it back in two hours to have the work done, I was told that would be fine. Brought it back 2 hours later and I was told it will still be 1 and half wait time. Will not be back

Today's experience is bad.... I was the first person there and was told I couldn't have an oil change today because all the bays where already full. So I asked for an appointment and they wouldn't make one for my day off. I work 2 jobs. However I was able to go around the corner and make an appointment with Firestone for my day off next week. Thank you Firestone for that. Calvert's your inability to be flexible and help customers will cost you customers. Katie
