Easy to book -- we used them for train tickets in Spain. However, our train was delayed over 3 hours and we were supposed to be refunded on the tickets, per the Renfe policy. It's been over 3 months now and despite many emails assuring me they would handle it, no refund. Would not recommend nor use again.

Just came back from our trip from India. We had arranged for a tour on Palace on Wheels and a private tour in Bombay with Palace Tours since they are local to us and are listed as official representatives of the train. I was worried about the food and quality of the train because I had read about the need for restoration etc.
Palace Tours arranged for the extension tours in Mumbai and also to Pune. The services were excellent. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because the train had some problem with the toilet and it took them 12 hours to fix it. I had to call Palace Tours who had to then
