Reliable Real Estate Inspections LLC is proudly owned by Andrew Gregory. Andrew is also the company's sole home inspector, so home buyers and sellers know exactly who they're working with when they schedule their inspection. He is a South Carolina Licensed Home Inspector (License #48959) with 18 years of inspection experience under his belt.
At Reliable Real Estate Inspections LLC, we offer a wide variety of inspection services starting for as low as $350. During all inspections, we abide by the ASHI Standard of Practice (SOP). Home buyers deserve to have all of the information about the property available to them before making any major purchasing or repair decisions.

Andrew did an incredibly thorough inspection of the property I was interested in purchasing. It was super nice to have his attention to detail on the home prior to my purchase. Andy will be my home inspector for all Low Country home purchases! He is thorough, explained everything so I understood, went through the property, the barn and the disasterous crawl space! Even though the sellers tried to block it off; he found a way in and discovered some critical structural deficiencies. I've been buying and selling Real Estate for over 30 years; he's the best inspector to date!
