I was on the back row which is also where the sewage lines run and there seems to be a drainage for rainwater also nearby ..needless to say when it rained not only did I have to wade through water then slosh in mud/sewage for days. Then as it's drying up the flies took over anytime the door opened. Not to mention the stinch. For 175.00 a week I could of stayed at the beach!

Lots are so close you could probably stick your arm out of a window in your rv and touch the rv next to you. It seems cluttered because of the placement of the rvs. Also due to the close proximity of your neighbor if you have a 2nd car park outside of your rv you will likely be partially in your neighbor's parking area. Too close for comfort for me!

Definitely not a place that I will stay again. My spot was level and gravel with a picnic table, but the sewer was an open hole with no cover. My electrical pedestal was 50 amp and the two regular 15 - 20 amp outlets would not work. Had to get an adapter for my 30 amp service. The new restroom / bath house as advertised was definitely not new. Two commodes in the men's room. One was broken and would not flush and the other was stopped up. I would not consider taking a shower in any of the three stalls in the bath house area..
Appears to be many long term residents here. The lady in the office

This is not an RV campground. It is a low income trailer park with run down trailers, dogs loose. The sewer hookup didn't even have a lid on it, open sewer hole!! We already had paid in advance so stayed one night and moved the next day to Homestead RV campgrounds, which is gorgeous and even cheaper!

We are FEMA contractors and rented two units from Peggy. First if all as much as we travel this has got to be one of the safest places we've stayed EVER! One of my guys left a $600 climbing saw out on the picnic table for 12 hours while we worked and was still there when we got back. Peggy is also accommodating to any issues we had. She is AWESOME!
Will definitely stay here whenever in Mobile

I just want to say, we are staying our second full night in this RV Park and we can already tell this place has a really Good vibe. Great Employee's especially Miss Peggy, what a great lady. She has gone out of her way to make sure that were are comfortable. Looking forward too many peaceful days at Bellingrath RV Park.

If you are looking for a place just to park your camper maybe but you better bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap for the bathrooms because there is none of the above. Some of the places that people live in are very trashy and extremely old and run down. You are packed like sardines. I will not be returning to this place. Owners… were nice enough just don’t take a lot of pride in their place. There were people in one of the campers, don’t know if they were permanent residents or what but they were screaming at each other outside using the F word. Use your own

While the ladies in the office were very nice, this park was not very clean. Empty liquor bottles on the grounds, no trash cans at the sites, people arguing outside. The bath house was mostly clean, just not maintained. There was no toilet paper, soap or paper towels. Trash hadn’t been emptied the whole weekend we had been there. We only needed a place to park our camper to sleep, but we won’t be using this park again.

Zero amenities, price seemed exorbitant for the region, but they were the only place available when we evacuated due to the hurricane. Woman explained the rate was now higher than the website, not sure if they were price gouging due to the influx of Irma evacuees or not. Neighbors were nice, had obviously been living here for quite some time... This is more of a long term trailer park than an RV resort.
