Amazing service, Alex took care of my policy information, I didn't have the full amount able to pay immediately so he got them to adjust to where I can make it in payments (we had to cancel our other car insurance because it died and start a new one so it was higher than average) which seriously helped a lot. I highly recommend using this company to find auto insurance with good deals. 100% recommend to anybody, even those in a tight spot.

If i could give 100 5 star reviews i would, Paul is a great guy! Amazing customer service skills, very helpful and informing, doesn't hide anything or beat around the bushes, he gets straight to the core of finding the best policy and payment plan for YOU and your budget, funny guy with good sense of humor. 30 min phone call felt like 10, all in all i would highly recommend if you're looking for Auto or even Home insurance, call Driven Insurance and ask for Paul! You wont regret it!

Shawn is an amazing customer service representative. They always help me and find the best solution for any issues I am having. When my car was hit in michigan they made sure to take care of everything and have my car fixed and back to perfect in less then 2 weeks. When you are not financially stable they help you as much as they can. I recommend doing business with them if you want to be treated with respect and like your insurance is working for you.

I recently signed up with Driven auto insurance at the time I signed up with them they're rates were ok not the cheapest but reasonable. How ever I happened to find another company that was cheaper by $50 or mth so naturally I switched the company that I switched to informed me that I will be getting a refund for the remainder of my payment. And this is where everything with Driven went down hill from representative to representative. I called them after around 10 to ask them where was my refund and they switched me over to a rep. from Kemper insurance. Kemper told me they ll mail my refund

BEWARE!!! They are shady!!! I initially thought highly of them when speaking to Paul one of their reps. Unfortunately, I obtained a policy through them after purchasing a new vehicle, then that same night I come to find out I already had coverage with ins company we have our home owners insurance. I had already paid $180.40 to Driven for a policy with Kemper ins. I did not sign docs emailed to me that night, following morning I called to cancel due to double coverage. For starters I got attitude, I did everything they asked in order to get this policy canceled even tho I never signed just paid

I have a family member whos Car caught on fire, car was a total loss so he called and cancelled his policy Since he didn't own a car anymore they took the information agreed to the cancellation and then took a payment every month for the next four months after he cancelled his policy,while he tried to call on a regular basis to get a refund he just kept getting the runaround please hold, or your calling the wrong department or put on hold and left there on hold even after the company closed!! HOW RUDE eventually he reach someone who told him they stated they insured him as a passenger in someone

I am writing this because I just want to let anyone that might using this insurance company as their broker to be aware this person named PJ MHAILI is a big LIAR... 2 mons ago I asked him to question changing policy on my insurance because foremost insurance just went really high on my monthly payment! This guy lied to me and gave me new insurance company even though my previous insurance company just processed auto payment. He told me that I could get my money back and use different insurance company until later on I received a letter from the collection agency stating that owe them money from
