Personal training, small group fitness and sports performance training classes are available in The Studio. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned veteran, we can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Beginners will find personalized instruction to learn safe, quality movements in a private environment that gets results.

I just started going to Life quest and it is by far the best place to go in town. Dr. Halliday is amazing. I love how he has explained literally everything and broke it all down for me and gave me the reason behind everything. I love the welcoming atmosphere when you walk in every time. Not to mention it’s been a week for me and I feel a differences in my body already. I’m excited to continue this with them. Thank you Life Quest/ Dr. Halliday.

Best Chiropractor in area hands down! You are welcomed with a friendly face and in not time, it is your turn. NO LONG WAITING TIME! Adjustments are walked through with you so there are no surprises. When I was in last, there was an infant getting an adjustment. That alone tells you there are careful hands working on you. My only complaint is that when extra services need to be done, they are not prior discussed if insurance covers them. You will not want to go anywhere else after you have been here.

Dr. Powell knows his stuff. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They offer a wide range of services, and make navigating insurance a breeze. As a person with a brittle bone disease, I was nervous about getting adjusted, but Dr. Powell walked me through the process in a way that put my mind at ease. It even turns out that he had seen others with my condition.

I was new to the area and looking for a Chiropractor. I found Life Quest through a google search. They had good reviews and an informative website. I made an appointment and got in immediately. Everything from initial assessment/X-Rays to follow up treatments and Rehabilitation have been a breeze due to their technologically advanced system (I've never seen anything like it). Best of all I am feeling great.
