I have been an employee here for over a year and while some moments were better than others I was always treated respectfully and given what I worked for! The owners and the directors are genuine people who care about the safety and well-being of everybody not just their clients. 10/10 I highly recommend working here as well as hiring this security and patrol company for any property needs!

Most useless security company hired by Flamingo Palm Villas. Constant turnover in guards. The company does not even train them upon placing them in the field. Most of them appear to be high school dropouts. Former employees tell owners that the district manager Brandon does not care. Worst security company by far. The company allows guards to go maskless. Our complex residents are now the most undesirable humans on the planet. Good security services are vital. This company fails at many levels. We have a 3 by 3 guard booth. Job well done!!! I hardly ever post a review on a company. My experience with Custom Security has been fantastic. Our community has been experiencing a ton of issues over the past few months. Break ins, homeless, suspicious activity, vandalism, drugs.... you name it and we are dealing with it. We have hired and terminated multiple security guard companies until Custom came around. Their guards have been on time, professional, customer service oriented and have drastically reduced the criminal and suspicious activity in our community. I have called their office many times during off hours to respond

This company is racist Keith said he will investigate Chris reviews on training. Chris seat in his car drink alcohol talk down on the company and he don't like training, therefore give reviews on profiling. Keith, take his word over the trainee without investigate. They discriminated against woman and minorities. They go to the process of hiring, you so excited to have a job, just to get fire from day one on a profiling of someone the company put in charge to train when that individuals put the training on someone else. Keith NEVER interviewed the real person who did the training.

You know, Keith can't just grab some one's phone and block all the numbers in order to accuse that person of never answering the phone.. The problem is, those crimes didn't happen with me, they were perpetrated against some one close to me. So good luck Custom, you have good lawyers, but you're trash criminals. MY condo-plex HOA has retained this awful off site company. I've never seen them patrol our condos. We have a lot of problems here; extreme noise nuisances, children damaging vehicles, neighbors playing loud music, children damaging utility boxes, children destroying trees and plants - which we all pay for. These people are generally rude on the phone and refuse to take that extra step when addressing an issue. What's the point of coming here and telling kids not to play around the cars then they don't find out what unit they live in to address the parents and try to resolve the

As a security professional, I'm not usually the one that complains however, this company is not professional. I was promised a raised because I worked all the way in Summerlin and lived on the north/East of Las Vegas. Mr. Keith Kellian promised me a raise and moved me to another post which was in a guard shack that doesn't have no Ac, nor vents for air to circulate out of. I got my paycheck and it was a check for 9 dollars an hour which I was promised more for the post that contains no AC which is 135F degree weather. Everyday my clothes were drenched in my own sweat and in plus I had to sign in

NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! This is the worst security company ever! They skim your checks and hours assuming you won't notice an when you bring it to their attention they want to play stuck on stupid, you have proof of all your hours worked posts and pay along with copies of dars. They play favorites, one of the bosses is married to one of the employees along with another higher up being married to one of the bosses daughter that's how he got his position. They don't care about your partner dying or if you or your child is sick all they care about is having shifts covered and instead of doing

This is a company that believes you're just a body and a number. For those of you new to security never ever join a small local security company. It's nothing but slave wages and poor working conditions. You're better off at Target believe me. No, take it from a long time security veteran that you're better off with the bigger companies or better yet the casinos IF you're dead set on a security job.

This company hired me as a dispatcher and Keith killian discussed a higher pay with me,then he fired me after one day of pay because I learned their whole system on amadi in 3 hours,so when I picked up my check they tried to low ball me and pay me something totally different from what we had discussed and then lied to his boss about my pay.... this company is garbage...

I worked for for Custom Security for 2 years....I was assigned to the Rainbow Mkt in Las Vegas. I received a 40 hour work week and enjoyed my job. If you want to work, show up on time, keep your attendance up, and stay awake on your post, I find that management is fair and good to work with. I would work for Custom Security anytime, however, I now live out of the country but would choose Custom over most of the companies in the Las Vegas area.

Great company. I have hired and unfortunately fired multiple guard companies over the past 10 years and Custom Security seems to be the best. Brandon and his team are able to work with any budget. Some of our properties have a very minimal security budget but Custom Security is still able to provide great packages for all of our properties.
