I had 5 different quotes for a water softener and reverse osmosis system, and ultimately picked Culligan of Charlotte. They were the last ones I interviewed and I wish I had spoken to them sooner. Just being honest that the whole "soft water" industry can have a used care salesman feel to it. And outside of Culligan of Charlotte, that's exactly how it felt. I had guys show up to my house that were in their mid 20s and had their entire pony show memorized. That's fine and all, but I couldn't tell they really didn't understand the product. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Brandon, our technician who replaced our 30 year old water treatment system. To borrow a slogan from an HVAC company, Brandon came and went "softly"! He explained everything when he first came and the replacement was completed and working great before I knew it!
