D&J Marine Services, LLC is a family owned business with our main office in Crescent City and our shop and boat storage yard in Georgetown Florida. With over fifteen years in the marine industry, we offer high quality service for all types of marine repair and maintenance in our shop or via our mobile repair units.
At our Georgetown facility we offer full service for all your boat repair needs. If it's attached to something that floats we can usually fix it. Motor and generator work, hydraulics, electrical repair, rigging, electronics. We can handle major repair work like complete motor rebuilds and re-powers; and have the know-how to do most types of transmission work.
Having been in the marine service industry for several years we began to be increasingly aware of how difficult it was for some of our customers to make arrangements and find the time in their busy schedules to bring their boats in for maintenance and repairs. We decided to take an innovative approach to this problem and set up a mobile marine service shop which brings our services to your home or dock.
Our new Georgetown shop and boat storage facility offers safety and convenience for local boat owners. The boatyard is totally enclosed with a tall security fence and has a twenty four hour video surveillance system which records all movement in the yard and surrounding property. Convenient location near St. Johns River; easy haul to ocean destinations like Daytona Beach and Palm Coast.
We have a wide variety of both new and used marine parts available for the the do it yourself crowd. The 2 happiest days of a boat owner doesn’t have to be the day they sell it, or buy it, there’s a 3rd and mine came when I was given the contact to D & J the nicest, most honest and reliable marine mechanics in our county. Perhaps I shouldn’t sell them so hard, I don’t want them to wear out.

I recently bought a boat, and let's just say the "Runs like new" ad was not so accurate. I reached out to a friend and he recommended J & D. Actually, he recommended David by name. They were able to come to me and work on my boat out of their trailer. David had no issues diagnosing the issue, and pretty quick at that. They were so diligent in getting the correct parts and making sure the time frame fit my schedule. He had my boat up and running great! Until I ran into a separate issue.
