I can't say enough good about these guys! I just picked up my 2 new 4-wheelers last night and had an amazing transaction from start to finish! The guy who sold me the machines was very knowledge and answered every question I had without fail, another gentleman helped fit my daughter and I for helmets and was super patient and very capable, and when we desperately needed help tying down the vehicles, an amazing lady came to our rescue and got the job done while pointing out what to do and what not to do so we would know for next time. Empire Cycles shows their commitment to safety by offering free bike inspection after you've taken Advanced writing course. That is a commitment that I hope all Riders will complete a safety course. We should continue training courses throughout our riding time. It's also fun to get professional help.

Outstanding service, took my speedy in because of poor mgp. Service dept were amazing Amy got me all booked in and Austin took care of my speedy. Got a call a couple hours later stating it was ready, they explained all the work that was done. When I got my bike Austin came out to talk about all the work that was done...he has a real passion for what he does. My speedy has never been so crisp and totally amazing to ride. Superb customer service 100% will go back thank you all so much...

I was on my way home from Idaho to Washington. The check engine light came up on my 16 Tiger 800 about 400 miles from home. I called the dealership and spoke with Amy, and explained to her what I knew. Amy told me they were extremely busy but that their team would at the very least diagnose the issue. I backtracked on my route 30 miles to Empire Cycle. The entire staff was friendly, extremely helpful and competent. From Amy, to service to parts, each employee was outstanding. Dealerships like this simply don't exist anymore. My situation was resolved within 20 minutes and I never felt rushed. This

Kevin made buying our utv a pleasure from walking into the showroom to signing the documents. Took time to answer questions, show us around the machine, explain things about the utv. Never felt pressured, or rushed, also was fair on our trade in.
The rest of staff we met while looking around we're also very friendly, and made sure to answer any questions we had.

I drove 4 hours to find out the cash versus financing price is the same and they wouldn't move more than $200 on a 6k bike and I had cash in hand.
Of course I tried to email about it before hand, I got a response on Saturday to my first email so I quickly responded with the questions I had and didn't get a response until Tuesday when I was almost there.
If they had been honest with me, I wouldn't have driven hundreds of miles.

BEST MOTORCYCLE DEALER IN THE NORTHWEST!! The staff here takes care of you AND your machine. I've bought dozens of motorcycles through the years, and these folks do it right. Honest prices, good mechanics who know their way around motorcycles, and a family atmosphere. They also host Vintage Bike Night the first Wednesday of each summer month!

I traded in my well-used Honda ST1100 and bought a used Yamaha FJR1300. Kevin, the sales manager, showed me all the used motorcycles. We talked about the bikes and swapped motorcycle stories. He was knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure. I was well treated. I decided to get the motorcycle a few days later. I called and he held the motorcycle for me. When I went to pick it up they did a final check - air pressure, lights, etc. They added a couple of gallons of gas and I was good to go. My bike needed a new tire, so I decided to give Empire Cycle a try. I called to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. No dice. Luckily Cycle Gear just down the street had one on the rack. I asked about getting an install at Empire in a few hours and was told "no problem, just show up".
I live across town, so traveling to Cycle Gear and Empire Cycle is only a minor inconvenience. The other being I had to carry a tire while riding my bike from CG to Empire.

First rate dealership from my initial take, however, it's not the sales department I can review. My Triumph broke down while passing through town and Tonya, the Service Manager, along with her main mechanic Joe, did everything under the sun to get me back on the road quickly. Not happy with the service we received at empire. We were ignored for over 45 minutes. The bike we wanted was not put together, so we requested the Husqvarna 500 to be put together for my husband before fathers day. As it was his gift. On top of our stellar service the salesman that was to lazy to get up from his desk to come help, we had to go to him. I had to call in, as we had not got the call we were promised, and was told it would be mid week as they got busy with other sales that came in. (So mine wasn't important?) Nice! Midweek rolled around no call... End of week rolled around no

I saw an ad on Cycle Trader for the exact bike I had been seeking, so my wife and I combined a Seattle vacation road trip with shopping at Empire. We drove up to visit friends and decided to also zip (!) over to Spokane Valley to have a look. Kevin in sales was really helpful and offered a test ride of the 2009 Moto Guzzi Norge I was interested in. I had to have it, so he and Ariel in F&I made it happen.
