Amazing services! I switched from another lawyer for my GC RFE. Other lawyer had botched up my initial submission. Lawyer Uma and her staff were very prompt and courteous with my queries. I was in a hurry for submission to go through as had plans of traveling overseas. Umaji obliged, even going and personally retrieving background check information, urgently, from various offices. My RFE documents were submitted within days and, at the time of writing, my EAD and AP has been approved. All thanks and huge appreciation to Mantra Law Office. They are phenomenal!!

I had good experience with my case. She understood our case thoroughly and outlaid the whole process during our initial meeting. And her staff took over from there and I was in touch with her staff frequently. I don't think I ever tried to contact her during the application process as her staff was very thorough and did amazing job organizing the application. Our petition was approved and Ms. Uma talked to us when we went to pick the GC. She and her staff were professional and nice all through the process.

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Mantravadi. I had to work with her around COVID time with regards to some documents that were required in India but needed authorization from US authorities. Ms. Mantravadi helped me arrange those documents in the right manner and made sure all my approvals were in place. Once you are in a contract with this lady, she will stop responding to your calls or emails. She will not update you on the case status and you'll be left hanging in the middle of nowhere. When we used to ask her to provide us with the copies of documents that she has submitted, she gave us hard times providing them saying that she does not provide the copies to clients. Is that when legal? Can you refuse to provide the copies pertaining to our case? I would not recommend her services.

My experience with Uma Attorney has always been great. she is very knowledgeable and experience on my visa issue. She always given me the proper advice when I needed, felt like she has complete control on my issue.
Staff is very great, they are also in constant communication with you so that you know when things are happening, which is again a big difference from my experience with other lawyers. I would recommend her for any immigration issues.

Uma is a very professional lawyer. She has been our immigration lawyer for many years and has done an excellent job for our H1B and GC applicants. In the past 7 yrs. we have had not one H1B candidate been rejected for our candidates.
Though we had RFEs just like other employers, they were handled with due diligence not only by her but also by her staff and all RFEs were applied and approved in a timely manner.
She is a die-hard lawyer and has never given up on any candidate no matter where she has to go, either to a local office or to the border to resolve their issues.

Worst experience ever.. Never returns phone calls. Once she gets her money she will keep demanding more money. Such a dishonest person. Didn't do anything but kept my money. Wish I could rate her negative. Feel bad for all the Desi ( Indian community) people who listen to her on humfm radio and come to her to get openly conned.

A perfect case of how to lose a customer in 1 day.
I called the office twice and the front desk person both times promised me that he would call me back with the information. Have not received a call since.
The 2nd time I called him to give a reminder, he said he just forgot to ask the lawyer and said would certainly reach me in 15 mins.Not yet.
So when a commitment is made - 'I will call you back for sure' or that 'lawyer would reach you', it has to be acknowledged. The customer should not have to remind you to call them else why have a front desk.
