Dr. Saini is the best plastic surgeon in Fayetteville! She has a wonderful, kind bedside manner! She definitely does great work! She did a great job with my facelift! Dr. Saini is an amazing surgeon! For years I have wanted to have breast reduction surgery and never felt comfortable enough to go through with it. My experience with Dr. Saini has been really good. I had breast reduction surgery on July 27, and so far in my recovery everything is right on schedule. She took as much time as I needed to explain what the surgery was going to be like, what I should expect during recovery, and when I could expect to return to my normal activities. She asked me about what my activities are, and since my hobbies include gemstone cutting, scheduled my return accordingly to minimize any future infections or complications.
