The Club's marina accommodates sport fishing craft and yachts from 30 to 120 feet with 30-, 50-, and 100-amp service on a year-round or seasonal basis. Complementing the full-service facilities is an attentive dockside staff ready to meet your power boating and sport fishing needs.

This membership was created this season based on the demand of the "snowbirds", who fly south in the winter months, with some who cannot legally reside in the United States more than six months a year, and others who have a second vacation home here and do not require a year-round membership.
The criteria for our Seasonal Membership are the following: Seasonal Members and their family will have full access to all Club amenities and activities from November through April only.Seasonal Members' primary residence must be outside the state of Florida. Seasonal Members will be responsible for the one-time Initiation Fee, Monthly Dues, and a Monthly Service Charge.

Quite the hefty price but it’s what you would expect from a yacht club. However, we didn’t receive as much as we wanted to from it. The experience was bland per day, only consisting of a pool, low tier gym, yoga room and bar that are often closed, and a dock. The only thing I’m missing here is the restaurant that you never get a discount or anything for despite being a member, and the tennis courts, which are great fun. Nice place to bring the family and (1) friend too. Good tasting food. The view was of the houses surrounding. However, with the remodeling going on I believe that the club
