I had a bridesmaid dress taken in, and they got it done quickly (which was good because we had only a few weeks before the wedding). They did a great job, and when I called a month later to get the receipt, Sandy found my order and sent me a picture of it. I have been going there for years, and have never been disappointed.

I would give rating a zero but one star is the minimum. This is a dishonest business that charges far more than any other dry cleaning. Even when you ask what the cost is before dropping off clothing, they still charge more than what they originally quoted.
In addition, the alterations were terrible and way overpriced, particularly given that they are poorly done, i.e. they shortened the arms too much rendering the garment unwearable. Sandy and the entire staff at Passion Cleaners are all amazing, I dropped 3 suits off and needed them by the next day and you can tell the cleaners were extremely busy with work, not only was she accommodating she was also generous and my suits were ready for pickup as promised the next day. I needed my daughters wedding dress steamed for this Friday and tuxedos and could not find any place that would steam with such short notice. I called and spoke to Sandy and brought in everything Saturday. Sandy was so helpful and accommodated me and was able to have it all done today Monday. I recently had some 6 blankets cleaned at Passion Cleaners at 6231 PGA Blvd. The ticket I received when I dropped off the blankets did not indicate the price. I now know why it did not show the price after I picked up the cleaning. The charge was $320, an outrageous price that as I know now is at least 50% higher than the competition. I probably could have purchased new blankets for the same price. The lack of price transparency when items are dropped off should not be lawful. I will never return to that business establishment!!!

Do not recommend this cleaners. First, they are overpriced. About 30% more than the competition. That would be okay if you were paying for quality but they ruin items. Out of the 5 times I have used them (weekly), they have ruined 2 items. Example: They attempted, unrequested, to remove a small ink stain on a dress shirt. They burned a hole in the shirt and attached a tag saying "We are sorry but we could not repair this item". I asked for restitution and they refused, despite my not requesting them to try to get the almost invisible stain out. This happened 2 weeks later with another

So I call today to see if they do next day service. The guy says yes. I also ask if they do everything there and he says yes (granted hard to understand him). I go into shop to drop off a pair of pants and 2 shirts. He pulls the tag and it says Monday. I ask what about tomorrow and they state it is an additional $2.00 per item and they send them off. Adios Passion Cleaners. Now I see why your average, which is generous, is only 2 stars. Hopefully my review will get it more in line.

I went to the passion cleaners on Donald Ross and military. I dropped off a shirt and a pair pants then return to drop off a comforter. Long story short the guy put both of them under a different person's name. I was able to find the comforter but he was never able to find the pants and shirt and he would not refund or pay for the lost articles. I think it's due to the language barrier and his lack of proper English. Part of it was my fault as whatever cleaners I deal with I leave the ticket there and they look it up on my phone number however when he enters the wrong name or number

Don't ever use this cleaners. They ruin a pair of pants I took there to be hemmed. After 3 tries by the seamstress, they are still not even. Plus on the last try, her fingers must have been dirty because there are marks on the pants. When I asked to be reimbursed because I no longer wanted the inept seamstress to further touch my pants, the owner was very rude and refused to reimburse me.

Never written a review before but when treated poorly thought it was a good time to start- the owner manager as she calls herself, should learn how to handle customers as they are the life blood of her store - not only is she discourteous, rude, she would rather argue than to solve a simple issue that would only pay dividends for her future success. That said, I don't expect her to learn from her misgivings as she is to arrogant/naive to understand her consumer.

First make sure you read both sets of reviews on Passion Cleaners. I left a Yelp review 6 months ago about there ridiculous prices and poor customer service. Today my girlfriend accidentally dropped off my clothing there The owner did me a favor and called me and said that he refuses to clean my clothes because of my previous Yelp review. I personally would like to thank him for not cleaning my clothes first because he might have ruined my clothing and second there was a total of 10 dress shirts and 4 slacks which in the.world of Passion Cleaners would have been a minimum of.$125. He wasn't honest about the cost of the shirts. I specifically asked how much it would cost before walking out of there. There wasn't any prices on the receipt label he gave me and the alleged prices are taped onto the back of a computer screen. He said $2.50 for the shirts and then charged me &7 each claiming they are linen materials. I didn't appreciate being mislead. He should have confirmed with me about the price before going ahead and dry cleaning them. I would never go back there again.

I will never use this business for alterations again. $32.50 to hem a skirt is outrageous & I would've been better off doing it myself or driving to Prestige on PGA. To their credit, employees are kind but I will likely not utilize this business in the future.

This place is dis-honest and has zero customer service. I was quoted $2.75 per shirt over the phone for dry cleaning. When I went to pick up, they charged me $6.50 per shirt for dry cleaning, and then laundered two of my shirts, even though I requested dry cleaning for everything.
