We serve the entire states of New Jersey and New York. Additionally, our office handles relocations to Rockland, Orange, Westchester County and the 5 Boros. Our team is bilingual (English/Spanish) and are anxious to service all of your insurance needs. We take a consultative approach to insurance to help you understand insurance coverage's and develop a program that meets your needs and budget.

I love meeting with people face to face, getting to know them and building relationships. I started my relationship with State Farm in May of 1983. I've served in leadership positions in Claims as well as Agency and have a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Walking or biking to school, riding the bus, or driving on your own, here are safety tips to teach your children as they head back to school.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was a customer for over 10 years but this office completely mismanaged a policy that was created in October 2020. Lack of responses, not answering questions and not fully explaining policy options and discounts. I could go on and on about this but STAY AWAY!!!! they say they want to make things right but will always leave you on read and not actually help. They give you a timeline for when you'll hear back from them and then not follow up until you reach back out. Find another agent in your area.

Switched over from another company to combine my policy with my wife, and it could not have been more mismanaged. Our policy got messed up, mixed up, and had everything done with the wrong address. I was wary to switch over to begin with, and my worst fears were realized here. The communication was non existent. I had to be readded to all email communication with the office and they took days to weeks to respond to all of our needs. They didn't even put the correct address on our homeowners policy. If you want good service, find another state farm office.

The most Important Attribute I look for when making an inquiry to a business, a “Welcoming Attitude” In their response to my call. This “Speaks Volumes” on what to Expect from the Agency in the Future.
So was my experience with the Randy Loyd Agency. The 3 People I encountered, each with their specific function, were thorough, professional, accommodating, and most patient as I expressed my objectives.

I haven't written a yelp review in years so for me to be so angry that I actually take the time to write a bad review should tell you how awful this place is. We have had nothing but problems since we switched our insurance policy here. It started from the first week when they requested my ID & registration four different times, I sent it and every time they confirmed it and yet a few days later they're asking again. Not to be trusted! I canceled my homeowner's insurance with Randy Lloyd's office in August but they continued to make automatic deductions from my checking account. I didn't notice until January at which time I presented them with the letter from August. They refunded me for about a month and a half's worth of payments. But I'm still waiting on the rest. They don't return my calls and they don't seem concerned about getting me the money that's rightfully mine.
